Meet the Team

7Acre Investments was founded by Adam Fletcher and Chase Watson.

Acre is an acronym for Adam-Chase-Real-Estate, which was formed to capture industrious investment solutions in the multifamily housing market. The 7 represents their combined number of children, intentionally placed first in Company name to signify the importance of family.

  • Co-Founder and Managing Partner

    Adam has been in the multifamily business since 2011, previously serving as the Head of Investments for Maxus Realty Trust, Inc. (OTC: MRTI). In his time at Maxus, Adam sourced over $1.5 billion of acquisitions and led the disposition of nearly $2.5 billion of assets, including the planned liquidation of 36 Maxus REIT assets in 2022 and 2023. He has sourced, funded, and closed over $250 million of preferred equity.

    Adam is a graduate of the University of Missouri’s Honors College and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and real estate. He currently sits on the board of The Farmer’s House. Adam enjoys woodworking, skiing, and spending time with his wife and four kids.

  • Co-Founder and Managing Partner

    Chase worked at KPMG U.S. as well as Maxus Realty Trust, Inc (OTC: MRTI) and Chicken N Pickle Holdings. While at KPMG Chase worked within both Audit and Transaction Advisory Service practices on a variety of clients towards audit and transactional scopes. As Director of Finance at Maxus, Chase led efforts in deal structure and capital raise within a variety of special purpose investment entities. At Chicken N Pickle as Director of Development, Chase led the internal team towards the acquisition, development and monetization of the Company's real estate portfolio.

    Chase has both Undergraduate and Masters degrees from the University of Missouri's School of Accountancy and has held CPA licenses in Missouri and Illinois. Chase enjoys playing golf, coaching preschool soccer and spending time with his wife and three sons.

  • VP, Finance & Investments

    Zac joined the 7Acre team in late Summer of 2024. He started his career in public accounting at Ernst and Young working on the audits of private clients and a large Fortune 500 company. Zac then began his real estate career at Maxus Realty Trust, Inc. before working in debt and structured finance at CBRE. At Maxus, Zac led the underwriting, financial modeling, and diligence for acquisitions and dispositions. While at Maxus, he closed $1.3 billion worth of acquisitions and dispositions including managing the planned liquidation of 36 Maxus REIT assets. At CBRE, Zac focused on agency loan executions for multifamily properties where he closed over $100 million of apartment financings.

    Zac is a Certified Public Accountant and has both Undergraduate and Masters degrees from the University of Missouri’s School of Accountancy. Zac is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, and their daughter.
